The Blue Hut is youth centre for young people aged 8 - 25 years in Hackney at 49 Provost Street, Hackney, N1 7NZ.

In the daytime, the venue is used by voluntary sector groups including charities, training organisations and Community Interest Companies as a shared facility to undertake administration, planning, training and other activities for the benefit of the community.  This includes young people who have been supported by SkyWay to develop their own social enterprises.

There is currently room and M.U.G.A hire availability on Friday evenings and weekends. For more details on costs of room and M.U.G.A. hire please see here.

• Media Hub: produce and showcase your sounds, film and photographic ideas to a high, professional standard. More info
• Youth Enterprise Development Programme: receive support and guidance in bringing your business ideas to life. More info
• Street Art: opportunity for young people aged 12 - 25 years to express themselves creatively & learn street art legally under the guidance and supervision of a professional artist. More info
• 7-a-side Football League: for young males aged 16 - 25 years. More info
• Holiday Programmes: opportunity for young people aged 8 – 19 to participate in multi sports activities for three days per week and then attend a fun day trip somewhere in London (previous trips include Thorpe Park, Go-Karting and cinema outings) throughout the holiday periods (April, May, July & August). • Contrast Magazine: magazine written by young people for young people. A team of 13-19 year olds produce articles, designs and illustrations with the help of an experienced production team. More info
• Photography: opportunity for young people aged 12 - 25 to learn print photography in the Blue Hut dark room. More info
• Bike Maintenance: bring along your own bike or use one of the Blue Hut's and learn to maintain it. For males and females aged 12 - 25 years. More info
• Girls Only: session devoted entirely to females aged 12 - 25 years to develop a programme of activities of their choice. More info
