Elevate@SkyWay engage with young people through youth-led programmes on the following estates and areas of North East Hackney:

• Woodberry Down
• Webb Estate

Elevate@SkyWay works with young people to plan activities that are interesting and challenging to them. In the last year these have included: film making, watersports, trips and residentials, climbing, drama (in partnership with Immediate Theatre), table tennis, book making, First Aid courses, cooking workshops and much more.

Elevate merged with SkyWay from the 1st November 2009 and became Elevate@SkyWay.

Faces of Hackney book by Jack Watts Youth Group

Over the last few months Jack Watts Youth Group members have been working on a project to produce a book about being a young person in Hackney. They wanted to challenge stereotypical perceptions of young people in Hackney. Check out the brilliant final piece below:
