Elevate @ SkyWay

From the 1st November 2009, Elevate, a youth work charity based in North East Hackney, has merged with SkyWay Charity. 

This merger is a very positive step forward for both organisations, creating joint opportunities for a widening of scope, both geographically and an expansion of programme activities, and the ability to broaden our work supporting young people on Hackney estates.

SkyWay and Elevate are looking forward to working together; from November 1st it will be business as usual. 

The current staff team from Elevate will continue to deliver detached youth work and run estate-based youth groups in the North East, which will be known as Elevate@SkyWay.

Two of the Elevate Trustees will be joining the existing SkyWay board and we are looking forward to working together in the future.

Elevate@SkyWay will continue to engage with young people through youth-led programmes on the following estates and areas of North East Hackney:

• Amwell Court Estate
• Jack Watts Estate
• Lea View Estate
• Lincoln Court
• Woodberry Down

Elevate @ SkyWay programmes are delivered throughout term time and holiday periods.
