To create an enterprise employment agency targeting disadvantaged young people that provides temporary employment contracts.

Enterprising young people interested in starting their own businesses or gaining an understanding of the world of work will be found placements in public and private sector organisations mainly in Hackney, but also beyond.

The agency's work will be underpinned by a training programme and pastoral care programme.

Young people will be employed alongside agency staff to takeover the running of the agency within three years.

The scheme will require the following support:

• Financial pledges from individuals to support the scheme in general (Pledges beginning from £5.00)
  
  
• Mentoring young people who participate in SkyWay

• Offer master classes in various aspects of running a business
  
  
• Financial backing e.g. Seed money for individual entrepreneurs to set up businesses alongside SkyWay
  
  
• Support with marketing and development of the scheme
  
  
• Supply temporary contract work for young people within your organisation
  
  
• Support young people to create saleable products e.g. Endz magazine, Event Management, Peer educators
  
  
• Legal support to set up a Community interest Company
